A: For the sake of simplicity, we operate on a buy/trade model. We either buy items outright or offer in-store credit. We don't consign items.

A: We buy a variety of items including men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, jewelry, purses/bags, hats, scarves, and other accessories. For more detailed information, please refer to our Buy/Trade Guidelines and 'What are we looking for?' document.

A: We carefully evaluate each item based on factors such as condition, supply and demand, and fair market value to determine its price.

Certainly! Our discounts and promotions vary. We have a Loyalty punch card for our regular customers, offering significant discounts after multiple purchases. We also provide a 10% discount to teachers, law enforcement, first responders, military personnel, and senior citizens. Plus, we run regular sales.

To ensure a great shopping experience for everyone, we accept clean and gently used (pre-loved) items.

All sales are final. We encourage our customers to try on items before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.

Absolutely! We're always grateful for any clothing items or accessories that our customers would like to gift to us. While we're not set up as a donation center in the traditional sense, we happily accept items that our customers no longer need or want. Your contributions help us keep our inventory diverse and interesting for everyone who shops here. So, if you have anything you'd like to pass along, we'd be delighted to take a look!

We do not take swimwear, active wear, sleepwear, skinny jeans, household items or decor, children’s clothing, badly damaged clothing or shoes.
